    I feel and share your pain. Lloyds TSB have taken at least £7,000 off me in charges whose lawfulness has not even been established, played its part in wrecking the world’s economy by investing in derivatives, i.e. things that do not really exist, so that my customers now feel it is OK to take over TWO MONTHS to pay me for work I do and they still refuse to refund my bank charges and wonder why I cannot make all my regular repayments. They still adopt a high moral tone.
