If the loanee refuses to repay a loan which was agreed by word only what can you do to enforce them to honor the agreement and what evidence would you need to prove it.

Go to any Business Law book and look up Contracts and Statue of Fraud. This will give you a basic understanding or you should consult an attorney if this is anything other than a whim.
