These people prey …
These people prey on the people in the poor communities. Take a drive into a poor neighborhood and you will see a Liquor store and a payday loan store. It’s always better to borrow from a family member or get an advance from your employer or Bank than to borrow money from one of these predatory lenders. These people should be ashamed of themselve and everyone who works there.
