March 5 (Bloomberg) — Jan Randolph, head of sovereign risk at IHS Global Insight Inc., talks about Iceland’s referendum on a bill that obliges citizens to take on $5.2 billion in loans from the U.K. and the Netherlands to compensate the two countries for depositor losses.
