If the loanee refuses to repay a loan which was agreed by word only what can you do to enforce them to honor the agreement and what evidence would you need to prove it.
Depends on the amount of the loan. In cases under a certain amount, verbal agreements will stand – above a certain amount and you will need for that agreement to be in writing. Witnesses in either case always help. Check your local statutes.
